Club Meetings & Events
We meet every Tuesday evening during University term time, in the Attenborough Film Theatre, in the basement of the Attenborough Tower, Leicester University campus. Meetings start at about 7:00pm (video showings start at 7:30), and usually finish at about 10:00pm. For details of how to reach the campus, please see the Leicester University website. We are within easy walking distance of Leicester City Station.
LANMA is supported by the University's Audio-Visual Services department (domo arigato!) and we use a video projection system, which means that you can enjoy anime on a big six foot by ten foot screen.
How to Join
Simply turn up to one of our meetings. First meeting is always free, so you can "try before you buy" ^_^
Membership costs £2.50 per year, and is open to both University students and non-students. The only difference is that non-students are not eligible to vote in club AGMs. If you decide you'd like to sign up, please see a member of the committee at one of our meetings.
